ARS Statement of Website Accessibility
ARS values an environment that affords people with disabilities the dignity and respect of complete access to information and services. The agency is committed to compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act and Arkansas Act 1227 of 1999. All state agencies must meet the minimum standards as required by state and federal law. The ARS website has been Bobby approved and meets these standards; however, the agency’s goal is for continuous improvement. ARS will conduct periodic follow-ups for domain wide accessibility checks, and we also welcome input from our customers. The contact person for comments and feedback is Deborah Germany, #3 Capitol Mall, Little Rock, AR. 72201. In addition, you can also contact the Commissioner of Arkansas Rehabilitation Services.
For further information about state/federal requirements relating to access, the state’s accessibility policy can be located at www.state.ar.us.
